With a fully integrated dashboard, you can now navigate insights without leaving your platform. New summary views help you spot key trends at a glance, and updated export options let you share the exact data your team needs. 2. Reach everyone with newsletters that bring them back to your intranet
This year, we delivered a powerful new way to connect with your teams: Haiilo Newsletters. Designed to cut through the noise and actually engage your people, this feature helps you create on-brand newsletters that look great and land with impact, no design skills required.
From ready-made templates to seamless integration with your platform and tech stack, Haiilo Newsletters save time and boost reach. Whether your colleagues are at a desk, on the move, or working remotely, your message finds them in a format they’ll actually want to read. It’s all about simplifying internal comms and turning every email into a moment of connection.
3. Digital Signage in Studio: Keep everyone in the loop
Managing screen content is now easier than ever. With the new Digital Signage Management area in Studio, comms teams can create, edit, and organize digital signage directly where they already work.
Studio users can now manage everything in one place: set up central screen management by location, customize screen settings like name, language, QR code, transitions, and duration, and quickly assign published or scheduled Studio posts to any screen.
This update gives admins and comms teams full control of Digital Signage content directly in Studio. It is a smarter, more streamlined way to keep non-desk employees in the loop, whether they are in the lobby, on the shop floor, or in the break room.
4. A more personal start for every new colleague
Helping new team members feel at home from day one is crucial. That’s why we’ve redesigned the onboarding experience on the Social Intranet to be more intuitive, more personal, and much more helpful.
Now, every new colleague is guided through a customisable onboarding flow. They can choose their preferred language, follow suggested colleagues, join relevant Communities, and subscribe to key pages right away. It’s all about giving them a smooth and confident start that helps them connect faster, feel welcome, and engage more naturally in your Digitale Heimat.
5. End the app-hopping: Microsoft 365 widgets that keep work in one place
In the past months, we’ve made big strides in bringing Haiilo and Microsoft 365 even closer together so you and your teams can focus less on switching tools and more on making an impact.
You now get more out of your Microsoft ecosystem, directly in your digital home: user data stays in sync automatically, secure access is a given with SSO, and your teams can find, share, and watch Microsoft files and videos right inside Haiilo. From managing Planner tasks to answering Forms, embedding Haiilo in Teams, or syncing events with Outlook, it’s all now more connected, intuitive, and ready to support how your people actually work.
6. Give employees a voice: A smarter way to highlight what matters.
We’ve improved the commenting experience to help important messages stay visible and easy to find. Whether it’s an FAQ, a key update, or a helpful reply, you can now make sure it gets the attention it deserves.
With the new pinning feature, content authors, admins, and moderators can highlight one comment per post, article, or file. A confirmation step adds security when deleting comments, and permissions are clear and easy to manage. It’s a small update with a big impact on how your teams communicate and engage with content. Because communication works best when it’s a conversation, this update makes sure important voices don’t get lost.
